The principles of Yoga Synergy lead you to:

  • tense less
  • stretch less
  • think less
  • breath less
  • feel more
  • move and breathe actively from the core

These principles promote a balanced nervous system, better circulation and a quiet mind. Yoga Synergy is a flow style of yoga that also involves joint mobilizing movements (joint synergy), spinal movements (spinal synergy), natural breathing (breath synergy) and moving from the core (core synergy). Together these promote awareness (mind synergy).


Charlotte's Yoga Synergy classes involve joint movements/mobilizations, spinal movements and some Vinyasa flow elements. Private sessions are designed to meet client's needs and include poses and movements adapted to suit the individual. Programs often include poses and movements that clients can practise at home.
