All sessions are by appointment only and can generally
be arranged at mutually convenient times:

Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturdays 8:00am – 12:00pm

Movement sessions can be one-on-one or two-on-one, depending on requirements.

If you are coming from Victoria by car, travel north on the Pat Bay Highway. Leave the highway at the McTavish interchange and travel north to Sidney on Lochside Drive. Lochside Drive becomes Fifth Street at the Ocean Avenue roundabout. Turn left here, then right at Sixth Street. Insideout Movement Therapy is second on the right. Look for three red doors - the studio is the door furthest from the road.
